I was born and raised in Newton, MA. A suburb in the Boston area.

My first camera; Kodak Instamatic.

1971 was the first time I developed B+W film in a darkroom and printed my own prints

but I really fell in love with photography after I learned how to use a 4×5 camera.

My academic career; I attended Lasell College, graduating with an Associate in Art.  

Soon after, I concentrated my knowledge toward advertising photography and completed my certificate program from New England School of Photography.

Ever since, I’ve assisted well know studio photographers in the New England area, them branched out and freelanced for myself.

When Scitex hit the scene, I was so excited about what will be…. 

Right around that time, I married and had a family. When the children were old enough, I went back to school, majoring in digital graphic design, learning all the Adobe software, Quark and the digital world of photography.

Recently I relocated to Saint Augustine, FL and continue my photography journey.

 

The greatest challenge to the photographer is to express the inner significance through the outward form.
